Dawn Capital
Norman Fiore is Managing Partner at Dawn Capital, a £60M venture capital fund which he co-founded in 2007. His investment interests include Enterprise Software and Internet infrastructure software and services. Currently he serves on the boards of Mimecast, Miinto, Gnodal and Optimalprint.
Prior to Dawn, Norman was a Partner at Reuters Plc’s global technology VC fund. At Reuters, Norman co- managed one of the largest corporate technology funds that invested over $450M in over 80 early, mid and late stage companies globally. In 2001, Norman and his fellow partners acquired the Reuters Fund and subsequently sold companies in the online media/advertising sector (Advertising.com (to AOL), Forbes.com, Bitpipe (TechTarget), Moreover (VeriSign)), internet services (WhereOnEarth (Yahoo), UltraDNS (NeuStar), Radialpoint) and software (Packetvideo (NextWave), ID2 (Sonera), Metamerge (IBM), Persistence (Nasdaq IPO, now PRGS).
Prior to Reuters, Norman worked at Bain & Company in London, initially in the Telecoms practice and then the Private Equity group.
Norman is a graduate of Stanford University with dual BS and BA degrees in Engineering and Economics and holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD business school.

Carsten Mikkelsen
Carsten Mikkelsen is a co-founder and seed investor in Miinto.dk and acts as an advisor to the management team. Carsten is a multi-talented entrepreneur and innovator that has launched and co-founded a host of successful businesses across the globe, including the Danish night club chain Crazy Daisy. In addition, Carsten contributed to the success of Just-Eat.com in a role as seed investor.
Within the business community, Carsten has gained a solid reputation for his management, sales and marketing prowess and serves on steering committees for several Danish and international companies and projects. Thus, Carsten is a valuable asset to companies all over the world and has a unique ability to inspire the people around him in a way that breeds creativity and success. -
Jesper Buch
At present, Jesper Buch is a co-founder and seed investor in Miinto.com as well as one of Denmark´s most successful online entrepreneurs. He launched his first business enterprise in 2000, Just-Eat, that proved to be an instant success and Jesper wasted no time in expanding the company to several countries within Europe. Since then, Just-Eat has become a market leader and boasts an annual turnover that supersedes its nearest rivals by far.
Today, Jesper is concentrating on launching new and exciting business ventures, including Miinto.dk and Mentaline.com – all successful companies that have flourished under the guidance of Jesper and are on their way to becoming international market leaders. Jesper is based in Marbella, Spain, from where he acts as a management consultant to several national and international business ventures in his investment portfolio.

Mike Radoor
Mike Radoor is one of the two leading co-founders behind miinto and executes the miinto sales strategies on an international level. Mike is the creative mind who conceptualized the idea of miinto in co-operation with Konrad Kierklo. Even at a very young age Mike showed an impressive amount of entrepreneurial talent and foresight leading him in the spotlight of investor Carsten Mikkelsen and to do well in several entrepreneurial awards. In 2007, Mike launched his first online adventure, ex.dk, which in 2009 turned into miinto.com, in co-operation with Konrad Kierklo.

Konrad Kierklo
Konrad Kierklo is a leading co-founder and partner in miinto.com and possesses a unique business talent that has lead him to remarkable results early in his career – e.g. nominated and won several entrepreneurial awards. In addition, Konrad often takes the time to speak at educational institutions and expos all over Denmark and serves as an inspiration to young individuals that are blessed with entrepreneurial aspirations of their own.
Prior to launching Miinto.dk, Konrad actively explored a range of business opportunities, including the launch of ex.dk which would eventually lead to the successful launch of Miinto.dk. Konrad is an active tweeter and blogger and can be followed at twitter and konradkierklo.dk.

Morten Larsen
Morten Larsen spent several years plying his trade at Blå Avis where he gained valuable experience and knowledge of how to manage and market a successful company – competencies that has since benefitted Morten in his role as executive, investor and board member. In 2005 Morten was headhunted to the role of Managing Director at Just-Eat.dk.
In recent years, Morten has shown himself to be a successful investor as he has aided and supervised the growth of Ungarbejde.dk and Osuma.dk – two Danish companies on the road to success. Morten became a partner in Miinto in 2011 – continuing his trend of investing in successful enterprises – and took over the position of Group CEO at the same time.
Latest edition to Morten’s investments was annonced in January 2013, when it was made publicly known, that he is the man behind Hungry.dk, a new competitor on the Danish take-away market.Morten is a business-oriented persona and he shares his thoughts, experiences and ideas on twitter and on his blog mortenlarsen.net.
