Management team

The Management team includes the business owners, the leaders of the business units, and the country managers. They are responsible for setting the business objectives and enforcing the group strategy together with their respective teams.

Camilla Frank

Head of Fashion

Camilla is responsible for strengthening and expanding Miinto’s collaboration with partner stores in the premium segment. Camilla has a degree in journalism and came to Miinto with almost 20 years of experience in fashion, journalism and the retail industry. She was the CEO of Copenhagen Fashion Week and earlier on, she worked as the editor-in-chief for multiple Scandinavian lifestyle magazines such as Costume, Eurowoman, and Alt for Damerne.

Chris Campbell

Sales Director

Chris is leading the groups sales strategy as well as responsibility for roll out in to new markets. The goal is to take Miinto in to triple digit growth through sales excellence and strategic partnerships. Chris has a background in running sales for large international businesses like eBay Classified Group and scaling SAAS companies in to high growth and profitability.

Christian Lorenz Petersen

COO

Christian is leading the group operations strategy and heading up the operation teams at Miinto, covering partner success, customer care, partner growth and the operations team. The vision is to constantly drive scalability and efficiencies through a customer centric approach, nurturing partner growth and profitability.  He has a professional passion and 10+ year’s experience from a customer focused commerce perspective, online, offline and omni channel. Previously worked as General Manager for ECCO Retail in the  in London and Denmark’s largest sporting goods retailer Sportsmaster.

Jake Petersen

Country Manager, Norway

Jake leads the Norwegian unit of Miinto and is heading a team of talented and successful individuals. He took little time turning Miinto.no into a successful online fashion business that is treasured and respected by designers, retailers and fashion-conscious people all over Norway. Jake is no stranger to sales and marketing as he has an extensive background within the service sector in Scandinavia.

Jørgen Gosvig

CFO

Jørgen is responsible for the Finance department at Miinto. He has a corporate background from 10+ years at TDC, as well as extensive start-up experience as a CFO at Onfone (Danish telco) and later at Mofibo (book subscription service, which was then acquired by Storytel).  Jørgen is using his diverse financial background to professionalize the financial management and reporting at Miinto, making sure that the company is ready for future growth.

Konrad A. Kierklo

Founder and Group CEO

Konrad co-founded Miinto Group together with his high school best friend, Mike Radoor. Their mission since 2009 has been to connect the best boutiques and brands in Europe, making it possible for customers to find themselves on Miinto, the only “true” online fashion boutique created from the collaboration with more than 1.500 individual boutiques. Konrad’s daily motivation is to fight overproduction in fashion by making products already in the market available for consumers all over the world, instead of producing additional stock. Konrad believes in personal and local shopping, grounded in shop owners’ passion and expert eye, and not only algorithms and robots in a warehouse. Prior to Miinto, Konrad worked as a financial advisor and auditor for one of the largest financial institutes in the world. In January 2016, Konrad was declared one of the most influential entrepreneurs in Europe by Forbes ‘30 under 30 Europe 2016’.

Malthe Cederborg

CMO

Malthe is in charge of the Group Marketing team at Miinto, attracting customers to the platform and thereby growing the business for the connected boutiques and brands in all markets. With a strong digital background and focus on online customer experience, Malthe is working towards positioning Miinto as Europe’s best and biggest fashion platform. His proven skills within e-commerce, digital scaling, personalization and performance marketing has led to several awards and lecturing of the marketing professionals of the future.

Maja Louise Wikke

Operations Manager

Maja is one of the key profiles at Miinto, implementing and operating numerous action plans to both secure the continuous improvement of the website and enhance customer service. Maja has increased the focus on customer satisfaction and transformed Miinto’s customer service into a streamlined operation, leading a team of dedicated minds servicing the millions of customers visiting Miinto every month. Maja has a strong background within the retail industry and customer service area, working as a store manager, being involved in various start-ups and playing an essential part in Miinto’s growth for the last few years. Maja is a passionate and business-minded leader with a focus on daily growth, simple processes, and great customer experience.

Marc Kooiman

Country Manager, Benelux

Marc is responsible for bringing The Netherlands’ biggest online fashion platform to the next level and recently successfully launched Miinto in Belgium. Marc holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He has extensive management experience within the fashion industry and retail sector, leading international brands and companies eg. Gaastra, Van Gils and Euretco, complemented by a large network in the retail and brand industry in Europe.

Marek Brach

CTO

Marek is very passionate about technology and designing, building and delivering innovation. Marek is highly experienced in business development with a technical background that is well-balanced by broad management and communication skills. Marek’s ability to drive product planning, develop new business opportunities and run innovative technological projects is what always let him successfully turn product vision into reality. A skill that has proved itself numerous times in his work at Miinto, where he has been delivering countless innovative solutions to enhance the end-user experience.

Morten Olufsen

Head of Brand Partnerships

Morten is responsible for connecting brands to Miinto. Morten has been a part of Miinto Group since 2012 within the areas of Business Development and Sales Management. Today, Morten’s main focus is to connect the best brands and their boutiques to Miinto and thereby, create Europe’s broadest and widest selection of fashion and lifestyle products while optimizing partner boutiques’ sell-through.

Rasmus Hansen

Head of People & Culture

Rasmus’ focus is to develop and implement Miinto’s people and culture strategy in alignment with the overall business strategy. Together with his team, he focuses on attracting, developing and grow the talent that will challenge the status quo and help support and improve our partners’ businesses. Rasmus has 14 years experience within HR including nearly 6 years at GroupM Denmark were he played a central role in building up a group HR function.

Urszula Wiszowata

Country Manager, Poland

Ula is responsible for implementing Miinto project to Poland by bringing together the best Polish designers and multi-brand stores. Ula holds a B.A in Finance and International Business and has experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and education from Chanel in New York, Temple University in Philadelphia and  Łazarski University in Warsaw. Her extensive network and a sharp eye for what is happening in the world of fashion locally and globally allows her to start ambitious projects and successfully commercialize them.

Carsten Mikkelsen

Seed investor and advisor

Carsten Mikkelsen is a seed investor in Miinto and acts as an advisor to the management team. Carsten is a multi-talented entrepreneur and innovator that has launched and co-founded a host of successful businesses across the globe, including the Danish night club chain Crazy Daisy. In addition, Carsten contributed to the success of Just-Eat.com in a role as seed investor.
Within the business community, Carsten has gained a solid reputation for his management, sales and marketing prowess and serves on steering committees for several Danish and international companies and projects. Thus, Carsten is a valuable asset to companies all over the world and has a unique ability to inspire the people around him in a way that breeds creativity and success.

Regina M. Andersen

Lawyer, mediator and advisor

Regina is a lawyer, mediator and advisor and operates from her own independent platform “Law & More” offering expert advice while sharing knowledge through various mentorships. She holds a law degree from the University of Copenhagen and has studied mediation at Pepperdine University in Los Angeles. In addition to Copenhagen she has worked and lived in Rome, Cape Town and Phnom Penh. She is a strong believer in shared value and sustainability. Regina M. Andersen holds a number of board positions including in the Danish Crowdfunding Association and the BESTSELLER FOUNDATION an impact investor focusing on alleviating poverty and promoting sustainable development notably in India and Africa. Regina is a keen open water swimmer.

John Greger

Head of Product

John Greger joined Burda in 2019 as Head of Product for Burda Principal Investments. Before joining Burda, he was CPO at Vinted, leading the product and IT teams during a successful turnaround phase. Prior to this, he worked as CPO or Head of Product for Rocket Internet, Mister Spex and Immobilienscout24. His earlier experience as Strategy Consultant includes positions at Lexington and Lexta Consulting. John studied at the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, San Diego State University, Université Nice and the European Business School (ebs) and holds a MBA.

At present, Jesper Buch is a seed investor in Miinto as well as one of Denmark´s most successful online entrepreneurs. He launched his first business enterprise in 2000, Just-Eat, that proved to be an instant success and Jesper wasted no time in expanding the company to several countries within Europe. Since then, Just-Eat has become a market leader and boasts an annual turnover that supersedes its nearest rivals by far. Today. Jesper is based in Marbella, Spain, from where he acts as a management consultant to several national and international business ventures in his investment portfolio.

Carsten Mikkelsen

Carsten Mikkelsen is a seed investor in Miinto and acts as an advisor to the management team. Konrad A. Kierklo

Konrad A. Kierklo

Konrad is co-founder and partner in miinto.com and possesses a unique business talent that has lead him to remarkable results early in his career – e.g. nominated and won several entrepreneurial awards Latest, in January 2016, when he was proclaimed one of the most influential entrepreneurs by ‘Forbes 30 under 30 Europe 2016’. In addition, Konrad often takes the time to speak at educational institutions and expos all over Denmark and serves as an inspiration to young individuals that are blessed with entrepreneurial aspirations of their own. Prior to launching Miinto.dk, Konrad actively explored a range of business opportunities, including the launch of ex.dk which would eventually lead to the successful launch of Miinto.dk.
